Office people are super nice, excellent customer service! The guys that did our roof were so nice. Answering all my questions and taking time to talk to me. Cleaned everything up nicely. Worked all day till 8:30 at night in 100 degree weather. Then came back and did it again the next day. Roof looks great! They even took a wasps nest out of my gutter for me.

I would like to thank Neemann and Sons who just completed replacing my roof. Terry, Chris and Travis made me feel comfortable though-out the process. My first impression was at their office. It was clean, neat and it was easy to see all the options that where available to me. I did not once feel pressured or rushed in making a decision. Terry was able to get the job schedule must quicker than I imaged. It took Travis’s crew a day to tear off and replace my roof. The crew was polite and did not disturb the neighborhood during the process. They left the job site clean and everything was back in the place that I had left it. We were very pleased with Neemann's quick response to our call to them after a recent Nebraska spring storm. I called the night of the storm and Josh, one of their crew leaders , was on our roof checking for damage by 8 o'clock the next morning. Our roof was a total loss. Neemann had done our roof several years ago and we knew of their excellent workmanship and decided to go with them again. The crew showed up when scheduled and started on our 33 square roof at a little after 7 A.M. The crew worked non stop to finish the roof around 4:45 and immediately began an extensive clean up. Roofing can be very messy but the crew did a great job cleaning up and removing the mess. All crew members, even Josh, were at times on their hands and knees picking up nails, partial shingles and other debris. They were done by 6 P.M. We can't say enough about the results, work and clean up. Mega kudos, and many thanks, to Chris and Terry n Neemann for walking us through the project and helping with selection, scheduling and insurance issues. We highly recommend Neemann & Sons.

Neemann & Sons replaced my roof for the 2nd time because of hail damage. I would not even consider anyone else. Their workmanship is excellent, their crew so friendly and the cleanup is outstanding. My home is surrounded by landscaping and plants on all sides and nothing was damaged and literally no trash or debris found. I also needed some siding, trim work and gutters replaced and it was great that Neemanns have the crew that could handle all of that.
